What is Pearlfume?

We distribute genuine brand name perfumes and colognes for men and women via an online platform, which allows us to offer more than 6,000 products.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unless shipping has already commenced we are able to help you make changes. Email us to cancel the existing order and order again.

I have entered the incorrect delivery address, can I change it?

We are able to change addresses up to shipment which usually occurs within 24 hours. If shipment has already commmenced, we regret that changes will not be possible.

How do I use a promotion code?

As all our products are offered at our best possible price everyday, we do not offer promotional discounts that require codes.

My payment details are being rejected, can you help me?

First please check that all your card information is correct. If the payment is still rejected, we recommend that you contact your bank or card provider for more information. If the bank verifies your payment details, please contact us via email and we will assist your further.

Do you gift wrap purchases?

No, currently we do not offer this service.

Can I buy gift cards online?

You can select an electronic gift card from between $25 – $350. If you wish to purchase a gift card for more than this, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to assist you.
When you purchase a gift card, we send your recipient an email with a code they can use to pay for their next purchase. If they do not use the whole amount the first time, the remainder will stay on their account for their next purchase.

Do you offer a veterans or students discount?

Unfortunately we do not offer discounts to veterans or students.

How do I remove or change the quantity of an item in my basket?

You can use the Quantity selector in the View Cart section of the checkouts page to add or subtract items from your cart.

Canada – 3-10 business days

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, your delivery fee is built into the final charge.

How do I track my order or find out what’s happening with my order?

You can send us an email and we will send you the tracking code from the delivery service.

What should I do if my order doesn't arrive on the expected delivery date?

If your package has not arrived after 2 weeks please contact us so we can try and track the shipment for you.
