Any faulty or incorrect items can be returned for a replacement correct or non-faulty product, or refund.
Please email us with the details of your request, and we will arrange a courier to pick up the item from the corresponding delivery address.
Other orders can be returned up to 30 days after the shipping date for a full refund by sending the unopened product in its original packaging. You can email us for more details.
Your refund can be expected within one billing cycle of our confirmation of having received your returned product.
We do not issue refunds on gift cards unless there has been a reported technical issue in recipient receiving the redemption code via email. Such issues must be reported to our customer service team. No refunds are issued for incorrect address details.
